it's up to the players to settle. the only way to speed it up is to start giving penalties to guys who jump it but it's really not that big a deal and it would slow everything down even more.

I'm afraid to start thinking that they're as good as their record indicates. That can only jinx them and make the upcoming breakdown even more disappointing.

I believe only one loss was by shootout, the other was an OT loss...I know, same difference...just saying!

puck drops within two seconds of whistle. let them battle it out for position in those two seconds.

if you have to toss a guy for cheating, do it once as a warning. same player gets tossed twice he gets a penalty.

The point of not dropping it exactly 2 seconds after the whistle every time is for the players to actually watch for the puck drop and react, not count to two and go.
